TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Manor Bar & Restaurant
Both are open between the hours of 6.30pm and 9.00pm daily, serving our brasserie style menu, and guests are asked to make table reservations through the hotel reception. No guarantee can be given of a particular table being reserved, though we will do our best. We ask all guests to adhere to the dress code, which is “smart casual”.
For those guests on a dinner inclusive rate, then you receive a £30 per person allowance towards anything from the dinner menu.
Penmere Leisure Club
The club facilities are available to all guests free of charge, and are available from 7.00pm to 9.00pm daily. We regret that children under 16 may not use the gym, and may only use the other facilities between 9.00am and 7.00pm; and must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Unattended children will be asked to leave the club area. Please ensure you have a copy of the club rules before you, or any child, use the club facilities.
The first nights’ accommodation will be deducted from the card details issued. If cancelled 48 hours prior to the day of arrival the deposit will be refunded in full.
We do not include a service charge on any of our bills, but anything left when paying your account will be distributed to all staff including those behind the scenes. The gratuity fund is managed by the staff themselves, and they would prefer that tips are not given directly to individuals or left in bedrooms or on tables.
Check-in and Check-out
Rooms are normally available for check-in from 2.00pm on the day of arrival, and guests are requested to vacate their rooms by 10.30am on the day of departure. If earlier or later times are required please let us know and we shall do our best to accommodate your request.
All major credit and debit cards may be used to settle accounts. We regret no cheques can be accepted.
Breakages and Damage to Hotel Property
We reserve the right to charge guests for breakages and damage, at our absolute discretion, other than ordinary wear and tear. This may include the cost of damage caused by a dog, or by smoking in the bedroom. Where appropriate the charge may be by way of deduction from your credit card account. We also reserve the right to deduct from your credit card the amount of any unpaid bill, including the cost of goods and services provided which have been inadvertently omitted from your account.
Smoking is not permitted in any of the bedrooms or in the public areas however smoking is permitted on the terrace. A charge of £100.00 a day is made to offenders.
