Whilst we understand the link between infections and hospitalizations have been broken, the number of Covid infections is still high and to protect both our staff and guests we will continue to follow our Covid policy measures.

We want you to feel secure that we are taking the necessary steps required to safeguard both you our guests and our staff.


Our Request to you:

Do not visit the hotel if you or any member of your household is suffering from symptoms associated with Covid 19 or you have been in contact with anyone who has tested positive within the last 14 days.

Sanitise your hands on entering the hotel

We will be temperature checking all guests on arrival, unfortunately in line with government guidelines, we cannot accommodate any guests who fail the temperature check.

All the team will:

Be fully COVID 19 aware

Sanitise hands prior to entering hotel

Be temperature checked on arrival at the hotel

Wear adequate personal protective clothing for their role as is deemed appropriate

Adhere to social distancing and safe practices

Frequent hand washing

To protect our staff and customers, all staff will have lateral flow tests twice a week.


Check In / Check Out check in will be available from 4pm onwards, please do not arrive any earlier.

Please do not congregate in the hall area to enter reception, please wait in the lounge areas until the receptionist asks you to come to reception and is able to process your temperature check.

Your key card to your room will be placed in the bedroom door ready for your arrival, and you will be directed to your room taking into account the one way operating system.

For the majority of bookings the first nights’ accommodation will have been taken as a deposit, and our cancellation policy is 24 hours prior to arrival, the remaining balance for accommodation you will be required to settle in full on arrival.

Upon check in we will be required to take your breakfast and dinner reservations.

The cost of breakfast is included for all room rates, however all food and drinks will need to be paid for either at the bar or in the restaurant, as you will not be able to charge to your room accounts.

Check out will be at 10.00am prompt, and your hotel accommodation bill will be emailed on the morning of your departure, so please ensure that we have the correct email address for you.

A key card box system will be implemented at reception to save transfer between hands for all keycards to be placed on departure.  Box will be sanitized hourly as well as key cards when handled.

Your room will be fully sanitised before arrival with adherence to stringent cleaning protocols. We will not be servicing bedrooms for stays of less than 3 days. If you are staying longer the rooms will be serviced every 4th day. Guests must leave the rooms vacant for servicing.


Breakfast: Tables for breakfast will need to be pre-booked and will be at half hourly slots.


Dining:  We are fortunate to have spacious, airy rooms and a large patio area – so we are able to position tables quite spaciously.


Tables for dinner in either the Bar or Dining Room must be prebooked.


Service and the placing of orders is available at the bar, however we would request that once you have placed your order and taken your drinks that you move away from the bar.


Due to restrictions in the kitchen we will only be offering a limited menu.


We will not be offering room service options on any food or drink.


Takeaway Food: We would request please that no takeaway foods are brought into the Hotel bedrooms.



Swimming Pool and Gym

Anyone wishing to use these facilities must reserve a time slot with reception.

To stop the changing rooms from being crowded, we would request guests to change ready for exercise in their rooms where possible.
