Check In / Check Out:-
Check in will be available from 3pm onwards.
For the majority of bookings the first nights’ accommodation will have been taken as a deposit, and our cancellation policy is 72 hours prior to arrival, the remaining balance for accommodation you will be required to settle in full on arrival.
The cost of breakfast is included for all room rates, however all food and drinks will need to be paid for either at the bar or in the restaurant, as you will not be able to charge to your room accounts.
Check out will be at 10.30am prompt, and your hotel accommodation bill will be emailed on the morning of your departure, so please ensure that we have the correct email address for you.
A key card box system will be implemented at reception to save transfer between hands for all keycards to be placed on departure. Box will be sanitized hourly as well as key cards when handled.
Your Bedroom:-
Bedrooms will be fully sanitised before arrival with adherence to stringent cleaning protocols.
Bedrooms will be serviced daily, with a linen change on the 4th morning of your stay, should you prefer for housekeeping not to enter your room daily then please let reception know.
May we request please that guests leave the rooms vacant for when housekeeping come to service the rooms.
Breakfast:-
Breakfast is served from 7.00am until 9.30am daily and from 8.00am until 10.00am on Sundays
Dining:
Evening meals are served between 6.30pm - 9.00pm, should you wish to dine in either the bar or restaurant, please book with reception.
A copy of the daily menu can be found in the display cabinet in the lounge.
Room Service is not available at the present time.
Takeaway Food:
We do not allow take away food to be brought on to the premises, Only food that is purchased on the premises can be consumed.
Any evidence of take away foods will incur a surcharge of £10 being added to your room bill.
Swimming Pool and Gym:
Leisure facilities are open from 7am until 9pm daily and we would request that to stop the changing rooms from being over crowded, we would request guests to change ready for exercise in their rooms where possible.
Children may use the Club facilities from 7am until 9pm, however an adult must accompany children under 16yrs at all times. Children are not permitted to use the gym equipment or to be in the gym area, and under 12yrs may not use the Jacuzzi, and an adult must accompny those over the age of 12.
Leisure Club towels are available to collect from reception and will need to be returned after use in the bins outside reception.
Payment:-
Accommodation balances will be required to be settled in full on arrival, and a copy of your receipt / invoice will be emailed to you on the morning of your departure.
As the future is changing so are we ...... we are therefore no longer using hotel room bills.
We accept all major debit and credit cards, Amex and Apply Pay accepted.
As contactles payments become the norm - and following feedback from guests and staff - we have chosed to trial the removal of room bills for hotel guests.
We do not offer charge back to rooms at the present time.
However, we know some of our corporate and leisure guests amy still like the facilities to charge to room accountsm and therefore if you would like to set up credit faciltis in order that you may charged to your room bill, then please advise reception, whereby we will require card details and a pre-authorisation amount will be required to be taken
Departure Time:-
Your departure time is on or before 10.30am
Damages
Guests must take all reasonable precautions to avoid damage or interference with any items belonging to the Hotel. Custoemrs are reiuqested to bring any damage to our immediate attention, howsoever caused. We shall contact you after your stay to recover the costs for any repair, replacemene or specialist cleaning we incur if you have damaged the Hotel or its contents
